I'll be nice and say 99% of employees are rude! No one working there knows customer service of how to prepare drinks properly. I avoid this location which sucks bc this is the closest one to me. I'm very disappointed at the lack of training and customer service. We all have a Job so just do the Job you are employed to do!
The staff is excellent. They force social distancing, and mask wear in the store to ensure that the cartridges know that it is necessary for any health. I feel safer to go there and buy food and coffee there. And the coffee is always delicious!
Food was hot, fresh, and ready to go on my arrival. I would've gave 5 stars but they forgot some items and I had to turn back around to get them.
Always good , timing not good 10 to 11am drive thru very busy. Went inside seems to b under staffed. Next time I will go early
