The location is fantastic! The coffee is high quality. The friendliness of the staff varies; not everyone greets you or thanks you. Sometimes it's hard to understand what they are saying—this could be due to the plexiglass barrier, masks, or accents. You might find yourself repeating your order several times. The service can be slow or fast, depending on how busy they are, and sometimes they may forget your order until you remind them.
This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I ordered a toasted bagel with vegetable cream cheese, but received a regular cream cheese on a bagel that was rock hard. I'm not sure if they understand what "toasted" means—last time they warmed the bagel in an oven and it ended up soggy, and this time they toasted it... I really don't know what to say. They definitely need to hire better staff.
The restaurant needs to improve its training. It's concerning that the manager was barely wearing a mask during the COVID pandemic. I have pictures (which I won't share unless necessary) showing her making and serving my coffee without gloves and with her mask covering only her mouth, not her nose. This situation definitely needs to be addressed.
They handed me a cup of coffee, yet what I decided to do with it was completely my own choice. I had never experienced such a heavy responsibility before. Should I free it from its foam cup and drink it for a boost of energy, or should I let the coffee pour into my palm to help me withstand my persistent foe, pain? The answer seemed obvious. This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the top spots in the area. Each visit leaves me completely satisfied. They consistently deliver outstanding service and tasty food. You can always expect a wonderful experience here. I strongly recommend it!
I really like the staff here! They are friendly and always a pleasure to be around. They make my Dunkin’ Midnight just the way I like it. Thanks a lot because I truly rely on Dunkin’! See you tomorrow!
I’m giving this restaurant a 1-star review because they allowed a customer without a mask to place an order. This puts everyone else at risk of spreading germs throughout the day.
