Let me preface by saying I have always gone to this dunks and never had an issue always accommodating and pleasant and they get my order right.Today I went on my break to grab a drink for me and my co worker .I drove up and told them nothing was coming through the speaker which may have been my fault or a tech issue but then girl at the window said I had to drive through again and didn't seem apologetic in the least. Finally second time around got mine and my co workers drinks and they were made wrong. My small iced matcha was filled halfway not fully and my co workers hot oat milk latte was replaced with a small hot decaf. I had run out of time on my break so I couldn't even fix it. But sup...
Very bad experience there with the store manager.Service was horrible I oder from drive t. Made my order wrong, missing sandwich and drink, after stop in side, ask for my sandwich the manager said wasn’t paid.I said that’s fine , I made another payment no problem. The manager made my sandwich and throw at the table next to me, I asked why ? She did that, she said she was so busy.Then she told me to get out of her store, like if I was nothing. This branch stopped putting butter on the bagel for you and the butter they serve is too hard (not soft enough) to spread yourself. This is a nightmare to try and accomplish while also driving. Much better off waiting in line at Gunther Tooties who still provide services such as spreading the butter for you.It 's tough, you go to Dunkies because America Runs on Dunkin ' and you are looking for something fast and easy to eat/drink on the go, especially as a commuter.Go here as a last resort/in a pinch only. I ended up tossing the bagel because by the time the butter softened, the toasted bagel was cold and stale.
I usually love coming to this Dunkin' Donuts, but today I had a disappointing experience. I ordered an iced latte, but was given a hot one instead. When I asked for the correct order, they gave me an iced latte with hazelnuts added, which was not what I wanted. I tried to return the drink, but I don't think Dunkin' Donuts normally accepts returns on beverages. The drink tasted just like milk, and overall I was not satisfied with my visit. I think I will have to reconsider coming back to this Dunkin' in the future. Not the best way to start the day.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and they always seem to get my order wrong. This time, I should have checked my order before leaving, but there was a long line behind me and I didn't want to hold anyone up. I noticed they had new mini pancakes with syrup, so I ordered those along with a few other items. When I got home, I found that the pancakes were cold and not fresh. It's disappointing to see the lack of attention to detail and customer service. It seems like blaming mistakes on Covid has become the norm for many businesses.
This restaurant is really terrible. I ordered lemonade and they gave me green tea instead. When I tried to return it, they insisted that it was lemonade. Additionally, the ice was not even floating in the drink. This is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong.
I want to quickly grab my food and leave. The staff is efficient and friendly, but the cups always leak from the lids at this Dunkin' Donuts. It's a common issue that needs to be fixed, as I'm tired of cleaning up spilled coffee in my car's cup holder.
2 young kids stood at the register flirting with girls while we waited 20 mins for our food. Horrible service When asked if he could ring us up the said that he didn't know how to work the register.

Let's talk about Dunkin, but this particular location is not good. The dining room is often closed and the service is terrible. I suggest avoiding this place.
Terrible experience! Only the chef treated me with respect. I do not recommend this place at all.
