Orders are rarely correct I don’t get how it’s that hard?! They either don’t have chai and replace w/ coffee and don’t tell me, or their chai is somehow mixed w/ coffee, which is odd. Never tastes like chai that is at literally every other Dunkin. Asked for toasted bagel, but was not toasted and tasted like chemicals. Any other Dunkin does 2 pumps flavor and you can taste here I have to get 3 pumps and barely taste the flavor. Only go here when I’m lazy and don’t feel like driving to Glen Mills, but I’m def going to just make the extra few mins drive to to Glen Mills. They never mess up the order everything tastes good there. Reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one who has had issue...
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin'. Even though the place wasn't busy, the poor service was confusing. I paid $7.99 for six donuts, and the chocolate frosted one looked like it had been mishandled. They were in awful condition, to the point where I wouldn't even let my 10-year-old son eat them. When I went inside to request replacements and showed them the damaged donuts, I was taken aback by their surprised reaction to my request. They simply took the original donuts out of the box and returned them to the shelf, which I found quite unsettling. Who knows what could have happened to them? Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. My drink orders are consistently wrong, and even when they do get them right, the drinks have an unpleasant taste—almost like they're dirty. My kids ordered lemonade, and it tasted like contaminated water. The staff is unfriendly, and the whole experience just isn't worth it. I sometimes forget how terrible it is and end up going back, only to realize again that I'm throwing my money away. It's definitely worth the trip to the one on 322 instead.
The avocado toast was notably tough, almost as if it had been sitting out for too long. Furthermore, I received the wrong drink, and the staff seemed to misunderstand my request for a refund. I had to raise my voice to get their attention about the refund, but they kept insisting on offering me coffee instead. One of the employees directed me to the pick-up area but never actually came over to help me.

The drive through is super slow here!Also, if you place a mobile order and go pick up inside, it will most likely not be on the shelf. For some reason they keep your items behind the counter which defeats the purpose.
The service was reasonable, but I noticed that none of the staff were wearing masks. I've visited the drive-thru twice, and each time, the employees were unmasked. I don't intend to go back for some time.
This location has a bustling drive-through, but the line moves quickly. I haven't visited the restaurant itself in years, so I can't comment on their service or cleanliness.
I ordered an iced latte, but it had a burnt flavor. It wasn't worth the trip back to ask for a replacement, so I don't intend to go back.

Nice servers, got all of our food at a quick pace and gave us the correct order. The drive-through process was easy.
