When I approached the window, the staff handed me my two hot chocolates and charged me for everything. I waited a few minutes for the food when the manager came to the window and informed me they closed at 8 PM, but since I had already placed my order, they would prepare it anyway. This was very unprofessional—I should have been informed at the time of ordering that they were not taking any more food orders.
Once I got home, I discovered that I had ordered a sandwich for my son, who specifically wanted a sausage and egg sandwich, but instead, I received just an egg sandwich. That was not what I ordered. In the future, please issue a refund at the window instead of charging me without proper...
The staff appears to have some confusion regarding the distinction between Sweet French Vanilla and Unsweetened Vanilla. I attempted to clarify this to the woman five times, but I ended up just receiving sugar. Moreover, the iced coffee in the morning often tastes stale. On the positive side, the food is consistently good. However, when I do experience problems, the staff tends to have a bit of an attitude.
I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When I finally reached the payment window, the staff member apologized and explained that they hadn't heard me because they were busy helping customers inside. I asked if I should go around again, and he said, "Yeah, maybe." So, I circled back but still received no response. In the end, I left without being served.
This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to! I waited in line for 15 minutes, and they took orders one at a time! It took me 25 minutes from the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru until I finally got my food. To make matters worse, my iced coffee was awful! What a complete waste of time and money!

The drive-thru staff went above and beyond in terms of friendliness. The drinks were great, and the food was excellent. Overall, I would rate it 5 for food, 5 for service, and 5 for atmosphere.
I suspect there was something added to my coffee at the restaurant. My girlfriend and I both felt quite lightheaded when we left. We don’t drink alcohol or do drugs, so this was concerning.
