if you want to be completely ignored and get a wrong order then this is the right place for you!! the OLDER INDIAN LADY who works in the afternoon is rude! shes always on her phone, never paying attention to orders and then proceeds to give me the WRONG order after i told her multiple times. shes never paying attention to what your order is. and when you walk up to order she doesnt even acknowledge you because shes ON HER PHONE! smh.
Someone is either eating the food or stealing it before it even arrives, and the fact that it's packaged in bags like this doesn't help. It's a good way to avoid being caught on camera in our patio area and leaves a bad impression of the restaurant to those walking by outside (especially for Uber Eats orders). This is the third order this week that never made it to our guests. Just thought I would mention it. *Sips coffee*
Dunkin Donuts has experienced a decline in quality since they began producing donuts in a remote location and delivering them to stores. Please return to frying donuts in-store to bring back the delicious taste that made Dunkin Donuts famous. The most fresh, delicious, and sweet donuts are those made and purchased in-store, pleasing all customers.

Only reason I?m giving 3 stars is because of the friendly cashier. I ordered 1 large iced hazelnut coffee, 1 small chocolate, 1 old fashion donut and 1 vanilla long John. The only bad thing was my hazelnut iced coffee. It didn?t have a single taste ofhazelnut.
This is a great spot to grab an iced coffee before heading into the city. Blue Island is not my favorite place, so I always enjoy stopping here for a coffee before leaving the area.
Have to come in early for variety of donuts. The service is very speedy and polite. Enjoy people watching sometimes on Sunday morning in historical Blue Island IL.

I enjoy coffee, but my favorite is the coffee from Dunkin' Donuts. They offer delicious coffee and the atmosphere is great for relaxing and hanging out.
