When I returned to place a mobile order, I added a few items, including the bacon avocado toast. However, when I got to the pick-up window, I was told I needed to pay for the toast. I explained that it was meant to be a replacement and that I shouldn't owe anything. Unfortunately, the man with glasses (who has been there numerous times) was incredibly rude. If you're a manager, I suggest reviewing the drive-through footage from January 22, 2024, at 7:20 AM. He yelled at me, insisting I wasn't entitled to anything for free, and I was left shocked and confused by his tone.

One star because I have to. I order an iced coffee with caramel, almond milk and two splendas everyday, M-F. My husband gets cream and sugar. When I asked if one of these was with almond milk the lady said yeah look at the sticker. I did look at the sticker and I saw what it said, however the color of my coffee matches that of my husbands which means there 's in-fact no almond milk. I sat at the drive thru window asking for a coffee with almond milk and the woman walked away and completely dismissed me. I recently moved to this area and anyone who knows me knows that I?m ADDICTED to DD coffee. I frequent Dunkin nearly everyday and EVERY TIME I have ordered from this location my order is not right. (I?m not exaggerating) ATTENTION OWNER AND .... listen to what your customers are ordering and make how requested. $5 is not cheap to spend on a coffee on a daily basis and when I bring it back to be remade because you didn?t give me what I ordered in the first place an attitude or argument is the last thing you should be giving to me or any customer who spends their hard earned money in your establishment! Instead, maybe you should remember that without your CUSTOMERS you have NO PAYCHECK!
I've encountered some inconsistent service at this location. Employees often seem rushed and frustrated. Recently, I requested a black iced coffee with almond milk on the side, and they outright refused, despite my offer to pay extra. It felt unreasonable! When I received my coffee, it was mostly milk with just a splash of coffee. Frustrated, I left and went to Starbucks instead. While it might be pricier, at least I didn’t have any issues there. It's unfortunate that they lost my business over something so trivial. Most of the time, the staff either comes off as rude on the intercom or shows visible annoyance when I pull up. I recommend trying a different Dunkin’.

This Dunkin' can appear to be a madhouse if you pull into the drive thru line any time before 10 am. The back of the line can sometimes reach all the way through the parking lot and just about to the main road. However, the last 3 times I've been, we have sailed through fast like a well oiled machine. It may help that I always do mobile ordering too. My orders have been complete and exactly what I've asked for. I had to drop a star because the last time I went my coffee was not hot at all. Fortunately I was heading straight home so I could warm it up in the microwave otherwise I would have turned around and gotten right back in line.
Dunkin' Donuts is Dunkin' Donuts. You know what you are going to get and the price you will pay. This particular DD has a nice clean eating area and a drive thru. The parking is a little tight but other than that it is fine. I set and used the DD app to Pay and try out the 2 egg and cheese breakfast wraps for $2. The wraps are fine and at a reasonable price but I am a big boy who likes big food.... well let's just say the attached photo is not photoshopped or enhanced. My hands really are that much bigger than those poor little guys. Not sure they should have been away from there mother at that size.
The staff is extremely rude. They didn't provide us with our complete order, and when I called to address the issue, the owner answered, told me to hurry up because they were busy, and then hung up on me. I also requested no ice in my drink, but he said it was already made and that I should have mentioned it earlier, even though I was still placing my order. I recommend going to the location in Bel-Air instead; this place is terrible.
They gave us donuts in a bag and all Of the chocolate was stuck to the bag. The order was incorrect. I do not recommend this place. What happened to the boxes with the paper to separate the donuts? This was totally unacceptable and they did not seem to have a problem with providing service this way.

I've been going to this Dunkin location for about 10 years now and I always receive fast and friendly service. I honestly can't recall one bad experience that I've personally had with this location. I'm looking forward to picking up some breakfast today actually. :
Terrible customer service. I go regularly because it is convenient but my order is almost never correct. Check carefully before you leave because it will be wrong.
