I have sent my drinks back three times and they still can?t get things right. We append 30 dollars every Sunday, they constantly get annoyed and bothered easily. They take much to long for your Oder and constantly get it wrong. They coffee (iced) is notfresh it?s days old. They replace your coffee with whatever they have. I ordered a Americano I had yo take it back due to ithaving cream okay not a problem but they replace it with old iced coffee I. Which earlier I sent back. It looks like I reallyneed to stop ordering here. They only make money due to it being the only coffee shop next door it?s sad really.
I visited this restaurant to try the new Mango refresher, but my experience was disappointing. The staff member who served me was rude and appeared uninterested in his job. He hastily prepared my drink and carelessly placed it on the counter, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. To make matters worse, the drink tasted watered down, and it didn’t include the lemonade add-on that I specifically requested and paid for. I won't be returning to this place.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. The coffee was subpar, and I noticed that the staff wasn't wearing masks. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances, but it just hasn’t improved. As a representative of Dunkin', they should do better. I ordered an iced coffee with half and half, but it turned out to be entirely half and half. Even after they attempted to correct it, it still wasn’t right. Overall, the service was quite poor.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. Occasionally, it can be a bit slow, but that's just due to the high volume of customers. The staff is friendly and does their best to work efficiently. The coffee is fresh and doesn’t have that stale taste you sometimes find at other places because they actually clean their machines. The restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious, but I was concerned that the staff were not wearing masks. Given the ongoing pandemic, it's important to prioritize safety, especially when handling food. Just imagine if one of the employees tested positive; many customers could be at risk. I urge the management to enhance their safety protocols.
I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I placed an order through the app and arrived five minutes later, only to find three employees behind the counter engaged in conversation, with no one having prepared my order. This is the second time this has happened.
Place is clean, food is great however staff did not wear a mask. The pandemic is still going on, why are you handling food and you are not wearing a mask. Imagine one of them happen to test positive; multitude of people would have been exposed. Get ittogether please
