I tried placing my order through the mobile app for the second time, giving a 10-minute lead time, but there was no one present to fulfill it. I was disappointed that there was no one available to address my concerns or provide a refund. The employee responsible for online orders was frequently outside smoking cigarettes and not consistently present in the store. I have experienced delays with my online orders on multiple occasions, having to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the employee to return or leave without receiving my order. This has resulted in a loss of at least $25 for me, which is quite frustrating.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, quick, and keep a clean space. However, they need to improve on their sandwich-making skills. I ordered a maple brown sugar bacon sandwich, but it was disappointing. The bacon in the sandwich was not cooked in the maple brown sugar as expected, instead, it seemed like they just sprinkled raw sugar all over it. It's important to stick to the recipe and not try to improvise, as this resulted in a not-so-tasty sandwich experience.
The lady that works it is always sitting outside smoking cigarettes. Randomly ever at the store to fulfill online orders.I've placed online orders like 4 times and have had to wait 10 15 mins for her to come back in or leave to catch my train without my order. I've literally lost at least 25 bucks with this lady. It's really annoying.
Conveniently situated inside the Amtrak station, this restaurant is a popular spot with limited options. Despite always being busy with both online and in-person orders, the staff remains friendly and efficient.

Service in the morning is terrible found myself standing there waiting around why she was outside smoking a cigarette instead of waiting on customers. I wouldn't recommend going to this one
There was one woman working there at 2pm on a Friday by herself and she was fast and efficient.
