Bought a $100 gift card on 12/24/22. Attempted to pay with card, told they were having issues processing card payments, so we paid cash. Returned to the store the following weekend as the card was returned from an associate after they were unable to use it, had no value. I was told at the store, the card was not activated and I need to add money to use it. There is nothing they can do unless I add money. Where is my $100 ? The card was clearly never used as it's not activated. Don't you have a record of the cards sold at your store? I have been buying giftcards every year without issues.
I went to the restaurant today to get an iced coffee and a donut. The line moved very slowly, and I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order. I ordered a medium iced coffee but ended up with a small instead, and I didn’t receive a receipt to verify the charge. It felt like they were pretty disorganized.
The staff was rather unwelcoming. My drink was not prepared correctly. When I asked to use the restroom, the employee said it was out of order. I inquired about which restroom she used while working there all day, but she didn't answer. Instead, she directed me to the gas station for a restroom.
Do yourself a favor download the app and earn. DD feeds me and the children every morning. Latte, Macchiato, with a shot of espresso any flavor, omelette bites, all of this...Has kept my weight down btw.

I had to wait too long for my order during my visit at night, and the staff seemed unhelpful. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. I definitely won't be returning.

The coffee here is quite good, but the customer bathroom is constantly out of service. They really need to address this problem.
I wish I could give zero stars! This is by far the worst Dunkin' I have ever visited! The service was terrible!

The place usually seems busy. Prices aren't as low as they used to be. That's inflation for you.
