My milk was curdled, and I never received the specific donut I ordered. When I returned to ask for a replacement coffee and the donut I paid for, they refused and handed me my coffee back, spilling it all over the counter. I will never go back there. The experience was terrible, and I am very upset!
Came here to grab ice coffee around 4:15 pm and the door was locked and I see a worker sitting there , I asked what 's going on and he said we 're closed I mentioned that on the door it says open until 5 pm he ignored me and then finally said I don 't have staff sorry . He was very rude .
This is probably one of the worst Dunkin' locations I've encountered. There's only one friendly employee; the rest are unfriendly, uncommunicative, and frequently hand out incorrect orders. The only reason I continue to visit this spot is because it's the only Dunkin' along my route.
Fazlu is the best Dunkin employee of all time. He is the sweetest guy, and he is extremely funny. He is so very handsome. If you ever see Fazlu, you should say hi, and order a donut. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Didn't give correct food and the doughnut icing was smeared. The service was bad because the man lied and said he gave us the food when he didn't. It gave sketchy vibes.
Rude people, bad customer service. They talk to people however they want, can’t even make a latte right. never again! Don’t waste your time here!
Why have a sign on the door telling customers to wear a face mask and when you go in wearing your face mask the workers don't have one on?! ?
