I really enjoy ice cream, so I found my experience amusing. However, most of the flavors were unlabeled, and some of the labels were incorrect. The employee seemed a bit uncertain as well. BR31 faces a lot of competition, so they really need to step up their game. They should focus on perfecting a few specialties instead of trying to do many things just adequately. On a positive note, the employee was friendly, and our order was prepared in a reasonable amount of time.
I usually have a fantastic experience ordering from Dunkin via DoorDash. My drinks are consistently well-made, and the service is relatively fast for this app. However, in my last couple of orders, my Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread arrived completely untoasted and with hardly any cream cheese. I'll continue to order from here, but I would be dishonest if I claimed that my recent experiences haven't left me feeling a bit disappointed.
I love this dunkin! The workers are all very friendly and helpful. I tried the new icy brown sugar-Oat-Latte yesterday. It was too sweet for my preference, and they did when less sweet for me for free than I asked. My favorite sandwich was also recently taken from the menu, but the workers helped me find a way to order it still by adapting another sandwich. Total, big customer service :

Something is always wrong with an order from. I rarely order because of that. Made that mistake today. My large iced cappuccino wasnt even close to full, save your money.
I've ordered from there several times, but they've never had any of the items I've requested or the replacements I've tried. I've had to cancel my orders multiple times.
