I have ordered twice through the app, simply adding the signature drinks without any modifications except for the sizes, and each order is supposed to come with whipped cream by default. While there is an option to select "No Whipped Cream," the standard setting is to include it. Yet, when I went to pick up my order, neither drink had whipped cream.

I visited the restaurant recently and was disappointed to find out that they didn’t have any donuts, only Munchkins. When I inquired about when they might have donuts again, the employee at the window simply said no. I found that response quite frustrating. The next day, I asked if they had any ants, and again, the answer was no. After calling to express my concerns, the managers claimed their service was just "understated." I understand that no establishment can be perfect all the time, but it would be helpful if they could communicate better with their staff and show more care and compassion. Here's an honest review. I wouldn't say it's the worst experience I've had, but the service falls short of what it should be. The food and drinks are excellent, but the staff seemed quite slow and lacked the urgency to serve. I, along with five other customers, found ourselves waiting in line while the employees appeared to ignore us. They seemed to focus only on the drive-thru, leaving us waiting. A few employees were around, seemingly pushing each other, which was surprising when one said that another employee would be the one to assist us, not him. This has been my neighborhood Dunkins for the last 9 years and it 's management has declined in the last year. They 've gone consecutive days without Butter Pecan flavor shots which is essential to the Butter Pecan latter 's advertised. If they happen to get it in, they 're literally out within 2-3 days (poor planning). Now I 'm being told that it is discontinued at this store. They 're constantly out of, or not serving something; match tea, bagels and even croissants! Due to lack of planning, preparation, and poor management. Their saving grace are the employees. Most of them are good and apologetic of all of the issues.

Why do I keep coming back to this place? The service is the SLOWEST I've ever experienced! The drive-thru line was so long that I decided to go inside. There was one person in front of me, and no one ever acknowledged him. After a while, we finally asked if anyone was working the counter. Twenty minutes later, I finally received my order. I wouldn't have minded the wait if there had been just one person working, but there were five employees behind the counter. One of them was leisurely sipping on a frozen coffee, completely unfazed by the situation.
Made a coffee run and when I arrived the line was wrapped around the building. I chose to go inside because drive thru time was lengthy and I needed to get to work. However, the staff was nice but they were struggling to handle the volume of people. They were getting confused preparing drive thru orders. Enjoyed my hazelnut coffee tho.
There bathroom is locked for public 99% of the time. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating that they lack customer service in this line of profession. I would not recommend this Dunkin Donut for business to anyone. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
Apart from becoming MUCH faster with your lines and MUCH better customer service. you guys rarely ever seem to have what I come to order. Not sure who's ordering Inventory but it's always seamlessly Time and time again low.
