Today 's drive through worker(white with dark curly hair) was very rude. She mentioned people must have never been through a drive through before. She said this in front of me... a customer. Her tone is so NOT welcoming. I told her she should probablycheck her customer service skills because they 're not the best. She stated that she 's over worked. And In can understand thatbut sometimes it 's better to just take a step back for a minute and regroup. It beats down talking the people who keep you guysin business. Not only that. I visit this Dunkin a lot and it's average. My wife enjoys the coffee and the kids the occasional doughnuts or ice cream. The doughnuts are decent, I prefer the Krispy variety but you take what you can get. Their ice cream section, though, is in afrostburnt state of disrepair. Check the quality before ordering for sure. They are super busy during peak times but the staffwas kind enough to not deny my four year olds request for a sample. If you want coffee and can wait in line during rush hour,rest assured it'll be marginally better than a gas station.
Waited at the speaker for a while and said “hello” multiple times and nothing so we went up to the window and the white woman with the black hair said we had to go back through the line because we can’t just go up to the window. I told her that we were waiting at the speaker and she said it didn’t matter. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Do not waste your time coming to this place. They never have anything in stock, no milkshakes, no ice cream, nothing at all. It feels like the manager is never present. Save yourself the trouble and instead support local small businesses that can provide fresh ice cream. Food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1.

I love Dunkin, but this has to be the worst one I?ve been too. Poorly managed, slow service, frequently getting the wrong order. In New England 2 employees would run it flawlessly with twice the customers. Here, 7 employees take forever to get a simple order out because half of them are standing around texting.
