It’s your run of the mill Dunkin’. Clean and most staff are friendly but be weary, you’ll be questioned if you ask for a utensil such as a fork after you paid for your order. After being question, they’ll then give you the complete opposite as it is deemed that you do not need what you’re asking for. The way that they act you’d assume for every untensil they give paying customers they’ll deduct 5 cents from their pay. What a joke!
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. They mixed up my coffee order and initially insisted that I had only been charged once for it. However, after I showed them my receipt, they quickly fixed their mistake. Unfortunately, both coffees ended up being terrible, and the bagel twist I ordered was also not fresh.
I found the coffee I received to be too weak for my taste, so I asked for an extra shot of espresso to add myself. Unfortunately, the server disregarded my request and placed my cup on a dirty counter before adding the shot without my consent. This experience was quite disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this restaurant.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The coffee was fantastic and the service was top-notch. Sakshee, our server, was exceptional and always so welcoming. My 4-year-old even considers her his best friend, which is quite amusing. He looks forward to visiting her after his karate class. I highly recommend this place. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
She was so awesome, she helped me figure some things out on the mobile app and gives me really good service every time I come, her name is Sakshee Rana, thanks Dunkin for hiring her ?Vegetarian options: Many.
The bagels and muffins at this restaurant lack freshness, as they seem to be consistently toasted, leading to a hard and dry texture.
The staff offers outstanding customer service, but the manager's demeanor towards customers in the morning leaves much to be desired.
