I visited Dunkin' for the first time yesterday and was very disappointed by the rude service. I needed a moment to look at the menu and let them know, but within seconds they accused me of holding up the line. They didn’t even tell us our total; they just grabbed our card, handed over the drink, and shut the window without a word. To make matters worse, despite informing them about my dairy allergy and requesting almond milk, they made my drink with regular milk. When we tried to address it, the employee just got angry instead of fixing the mistake.
This is the best Dunkin' location I've ever been to! I've recently started working nearby and have been coming here for the past few weeks. They are the quickest Dunkin' I've encountered, and everything is always made just right. The hash browns are consistently crispy. I'm really fond of this store!
This is definitely the best Dunkin' we've ever visited. The coffee and food, including the donuts, are consistently fantastic. We've never had to wait more than five minutes in the drive-thru. The staff is not only efficient but also very friendly.
What can I say? I was on the phone while in the car, and the drive-thru attendant was fantastic. He took my card, gave me my change, handed me my drink, and communicated with nothing but nods and smiles. Thank you!

Always a fantastic experience! The line can get a little long at times, but it usually moves swiftly. I’m really looking forward to enjoying an iced latte with caramel drizzle—it's incredibly delicious!
I purchased some donuts for my co-workers. I placed the order online, so when I arrived, I just pulled up to the window, gave them my name and order, and it was ready! Extremely easy and convenient.

The coffee is consistently excellent, whether served hot or cold, and whether you choose caffeinated or decaffeinated. The snacks are equally delightful!
