Dunkin' - Tisch resevieren

Horrible customer services. Stopped by today for getting a donut and coffee. Before I ordering anything, I asked for the code for the restroom. The staff refused and saying I need to order first because that's for customer only or I need to show her the receipts. I told her I will order after using the restroom, refused again. I understand their duties of keeping environment clean for their customers, however, being a regular Dunkin' customer and was treated like this made me feel unwelcome. She said that's company's policy and I doubt it very much Dunkin' saying customer must show the receipts to use the restroom. This restaurant has an early closing time. When we received an automated message indicating they were closed, my husband responded with, "It's not even 8 yet," but we didn't get any reply. As we drove to the window, we were met by an older Filipino man who appeared visibly upset by our presence. He began questioning my husband, asking, "Are you okay, man? You okay?" My husband chuckled, and the man replied that there was no need to get angry. We assured him we weren't angry, but his demeanor was so off-putting that we decided to leave rather than risk having our drinks tampered with. I visit this restaurant every day of the week, from breakfast until evening, and I've never had any issues with the staff. Everyone is friendly and remembers my order when I arrive. They also know my name! I may be a bit embarrassed to say it, but I really love coming here—no wonder I'm broke! The food is exceptional, the place is clean, and there are no homeless individuals hanging around. I highly recommend checking it out!

Coffee could've been better. My husband and I ordered a medium hot coffee and an iced cappuccino and it tasted like pure coffee with no sweetener. It didn't taste bad it just needs sugar to balance the coffee. Other than that, the sandwiches and donuts are tasty. The people at the drive-thru taking our order were very kind to us. The female drive thru speaker wasn't helpful at all very lazy! Couldn’t even check one of the specific donut, and told me I “you could order that deal per one person how “ridiculous, I told the employee Jaden and helped me he said you could could do that the females don’t want to help at all I came here twice

I ordered a snack-sized bacon and sugar-free vanilla coffee early in the morning while heading to work. Unfortunately, the bacon was burnt, and the coffee was terrible.
