Well I was coming on here to make a complaint about the girl that apparently everyone else complains about so my question is how is she still working. About a week ago I watched her give free coffee out to two guys, obviously not anyone who works there and I may not be a Dunkin’ donut employee but I’m pretty sure only employees get free coffee I’ve also see this girl swear in front of customers including children talks about how much the job over works her I will officially go out of my way to avoid this place because the three times I’ve gone there in the mornings to get my coffee before work she has been a disgusting employee. If I forget to ask for sprinkles at the drive-thru, it's because I really dislike sprinkles. If you give me a donut with sprinkles, I won't have time to come back and that would disappoint me. However, the coffee is excellent.
The staff here is amazing, and whenever I place an order on the app, it’s completed quickly. This is the only Dunkin’ in New Milford that is well-prepared and always attentive to orders. You all are the best!
The Dunkin' Donuts in Danbury is incredibly slow, and the employees seem unmotivated. They often wear expressions that suggest they feel defeated.

This place always seems to be out of croissants, and the staff almost appear happy to inform you of this, as if it means less work for them.
Excellent variety of coffee, donuts, and a range of snacks and lunch options.
