I want to express that I visit this restaurant daily. They are always willing to accommodate any changes if you're not completely satisfied. The service is prompt, and the staff is very friendly. Even though many places are facing staffing challenges, their coffee remains consistently excellent because they put in a lot of hard work. Take a moment to get to know them—they're genuinely good people.

This place is awful. While you're ordering, the staff talk among themselves and don't pay attention. The guy making my daughter's avocado toast placed the bread directly on the bare counter. Even though the place is busy, they take their sweet time chatting with each other. It's truly terrible.
I had a frustrating experience with my order today. Despite repeating my requests three times, they still got it wrong. It seems like they really need to pay more attention and listen carefully when taking orders. The staff member who handled our order should definitely improve in this area.
We spent 13 hours in the city waiting for our next flight (which was actually to Italy!). The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, the meat was fresh, and the staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place!
The ambiance is pleasant, but the overnight staff can be quite rude. This place used to have a good vibe, but it’s changed for the worse. They also seem to have a knack for over-brewing the coffee.
