I often order delivery, and on the rare occasion that something isn’t quite right, they go above and beyond to make it right. For instance, this morning my order was delayed, and they generously offered me a complimentary iced coffee as a gesture for my wait. The young man who took my order was exceptionally friendly and professional. Even though I had to wait a little longer for my fresh green tea, he ensured that the rest of my order was brought to me in the meantime. I also appreciated how clean the restrooms were, even during the busy lunch rush. One employee was occupied scanning something on her phone, while he seemed to be managing everything. He even asked for help with the customers. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.
I've always enjoyed Dunkin', but my latest visit to this location was disappointing. They messed up my order—my drink didn’t have any caramel, and one of the hot beverages was served cold and only half full. I ended up waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru for two incorrectly made drinks. I tried contacting Dunkin', but I haven't received a response yet. I won't be coming back to this store! I suggest checking out the Speedway across the street for a better experience. #Chapter11
I ordered a pumpkin signature latte today through the drive-through because they had a sign posted for $3. After I gave the girl my card, she tells me about the total was 4.49. I told her that I saw a sign up stating the drink was $3, and sheresponded that the sale ended yesterday. I told her that the sign was Stella and she shrugged her shoulders and gave me back mycard. That will be my last time ordering at that Dunkin' Donuts.

As a dedicated fan of Dunkin', I've visited several locations, but this one stands out as my favorite. I can always rely on my order being made accurately and with great attention to detail—there's never any spills on the side of my cup, and the lid is always secure. The staff here are exceptionally friendly as well. It’s always a delightful experience to stop by this Dunkin'.
I’ve never encountered any problems with the staff here, contrary to some of the reviews I’ve read—perhaps I've just been fortunate! I can say that they consistently make an excellent iced black coffee, which is pretty hard to get wrong. Since this location is right next to my office and they’ve always done a great job, I’ll definitely continue to return.
I visited the drive-thru today around 6:00 PM and encountered a girl who was extremely rude. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and turned what should have been a simple process of ordering donuts into an awkward experience. I sincerely hope that she is addressed about her behavior; otherwise, I won't be returning to this location again.
The donuts were fluffy and fresh, and the coffee was outstanding. The staff were lively and seemed to genuinely appreciate their jobs. The shop was tidy and well-kept.
