The staff lacks proper training, leading to long lines and confusion. During my visit, a employee handed me a large iced cold brew with no ice, claiming that some people prefer it that way. I asked her to remake it, as iced cold brew is always served with ice unless requested otherwise. Instead of accommodating my request, she responded defensively and attempted to pour the drink into another cup with ice. My wife had a five-dollar birthday coupon, so we decided to stop by Dunkin' on our way to Danbury. The place was very clean. She ordered a frozen coffee with French vanilla, and it tasted delicious. I rated the experience four stars instead of five due to the wait time. We placed a mobile order and arrived just a few minutes later. I told the employee at the counter that I was there for a mobile order and mentioned the name. There were no other customers in the store, yet it seemed like each customer came in and out quickly. I used to stop by this Dunkin' every weekday at 6 AM for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, but my experience has taken a turn for the worse in recent months. The bagels have become rock-hard, the coffee tastes burnt and is often full of grounds, and it frequently seems to be made incorrectly. To top it off, the woman at the drive-thru hands my order over her head, forcing me to park my car and stretch as far as I can just to grab it—only to have coffee spill all over my arm. Dunkin' really needs to step up their quality control. As for me, I won’t be returning; I’ll be going to Bagelman, where I can count on delicious food that won’t break my teeth.
On May 21, 2023 I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, a drink I've ordered a hundred times at my home location. They put the wrong flavor and no oat milk and looked extremely watery so I asked them to remake it and the two ladies at the front were extremely rude and gave me an attitude, one of them asked what my problem was. They remade my drink the exact same. I tried to just drink it but could not do it it was horrible. Finally a man addressed me, so much more respectul, and remade my drink correctly. But I will not be going back there thanks to those two ladies.

not sure why I bother ordering ahead on the go when more times than not they have the door locked here at 7:30. And then when I finally get in you have the one guy smirking. wish the parking situation was better at the 163 location bc this one is horrible. You're in a rush trying to get to work and they have the door locked and take their sweet time unlocking it.Forget trying to make park lane 24 hours, properly staff the other locations first please.
This is the only Dunkin' Donuts in New Milford and Brookfield that consistently makes a great frozen coffee every time. It seems that other places don’t maintain their machines as well or replace their frozen coffee syrups frequently enough.
I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and my order is always correct. Occasionally, they even put the frosted side of the donuts facing up when they pack them, which is quite rare for Dunkin'.
This morning, I enjoyed some hot coffee that warmed me up. The staff was really friendly, but they accidentally spilled coffee on my lap. I'll get over it; I’ll just stick with Dunkin' for now.

These are my favorite Dunkin' Donuts in town. Part of my everyday life. I couldn't imagine getting my coffee elsewhere.
Slowest Dunkin in New Milford. Not much customer service or lower prices to make up for it.
