On the second attempt, she gave me iced coffee with a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The third time, I finally got my coffee collata with the bacon, egg, and cheese, but still no hash browns. To top it off, she charged me twice and refused to give me a receipt, saying simply "no." That doesn't make any sense! I asked to speak to the manager, but once again, she said "no."
This experience is unacceptable, and I want others to be aware of how this Dunkin' operates. I won't be returning, and I advise you and your families to think twice before coming here!
I visited this Dunkin Donuts in the evening around 6 PM and was very disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru, and when I finally reached the window, the woman there was on the phone, laughing and chatting with someone instead of taking my order. She greeted me in a dismissive way, and when I mentioned how long I'd been waiting, she accused me of lying. Her attitude was extremely disrespectful, and such behavior is completely unacceptable.
The lines were long and I felt sorry for the one employee waiting on drive up and inside, cooking ,pouring, mixing and cashier. I gave her a nice tip but most didn't. The staff has been great during the morning commute. Lots of hustle and a friendly attitude. We get in and out in at least half the time it would take the full shop across the street. This Dunkin' is the worst around. The staff is unfriendly and slow, and my orders are always incorrect. This location used to be excellent, but it seems to have changed management. I recommend going to the one across the street instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I absolutely love Dunkin'! Their Coolatta is incredible, especially during the summer. You should definitely try the blue raspberry flavor!
