The food is decent, but the service is terrible, which is surprising since I didn't expect much from a Dunkin'. The staff were incredibly rude during the self-serve process. Even though the store was empty, I received an attitude because there wasn't a sign indicating that we were required to use the self-serve. I decided to give it another shot, and I'm posting this because I had to wait nearly 30 minutes during a slow period for just two simple items. If you can, please support a location that actually appreciates your business.
Messed up understanding what was ordered. 2 $5 deals should have a total of four wraps, which they refused to understand. Basic math seems to be a difficultly in this location. Made second order just to get through due to being on a time crunch. Watched them mess up a second customers coffee order, who asked repeatedly for a refund. Skip this location and try another. My son and I were stranded because my truck broke down. I had to wait for my brother to pick us up. The two lady in this location were soooo sweet and kind. I thank The Most God in Christ that they were they. They made my day. I was having an awfulday and their act of kindness made me feel better. Thank you so much. Many blessings to you.????????????????
I used to come here everyday but recently they got a bunch of new staff and it?s gone downhill. I?m assuming they?re under new management which does not seem to be for the better. They stopped stocking things I used to get everyday, the quality is notgood and the customer service now is subpar at best.

Without a doubt, this is the best spot in the area. The donuts are incredibly fresh, and the apple fritter is absolutely fantastic. The staff is quick, friendly, and really take pride in ensuring you have a speedy experience. Keep up the great work!
This is the best Dunkin? Donuts we?ve visited. They seemed to have recently changed the staff or have new management. The staff here is so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
their matcha is not matcha it's basically just milk. light green color and they charge for more matcha so that it's actually the color for larger sizes
Only one person on the clock? Making a 20.00 order?...all i want is a coffee and i cant wait 10 more minutes! This is why i own a keurig.
