There wasan altercation while i was there. No manager on duty and the kiosk that they make you pay though allowed someone to pay for something that was currently sold out. Without a manager on duty the teensworking there weren't able to open a register torefund the man. Our trip was fine otherwise and when i asked if the could reheat my bacon(was coldish when i got it) they gaveus a new fresh bacon which was nice.
Way small and you cannot eat inside, and they let me know that with an impersonal employee yelling at me. I'll never go there again. Asked for slightly sweet coffee, got super sweet I barely drank half of it. Asked for crispy bacon on my wrap. Got rubberbacon. And donut was too old. Never again. Not worth it.
Horrible customer services!!! I go there almost every day sometimes even twice but not more. I don?t know if they are under a new owner since I see new faces recently. The girls taking the orders are SO RUDE!!!

I went to Dunkin' on a Sunday at 1:30 a.m. and was disappointed by the limited selection. There were very few items available, and surprisingly, they didn’t have any glazed donuts.
