The restaurant closes at 8 PM, and I arrived at 7:40 PM. A staff member informed me they were preparing to close and had already sold out of iced coffee. It seemed like they were shutting down their equipment well before closing time. Additionally, many other menu items were unavailable because of the impending closure. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Not a great visit, Dunkin'!
The coffee here is excellent, but the cleanliness of the establishment is quite disappointing. Regardless of the time I visit, it always appears messy. The floors are sticky, the tables are dirty, the trash bins are overflowing, and the restrooms are not well-kept. While the staff is friendly, I find it hard to believe they can feel at ease in such an unclean environment.
Usually, the staff are friendly, but they seem a bit sluggish. Someone decided it would be a good idea to prepare iced coffee ahead of time instead of making it fresh for each order to save time. Unfortunately, this leads to a warm, watered-down coffee due to melting ice. If you request a freshly made iced coffee, it’s likely that your request will be ignored.
Moderately busy, but make sure to double-check your order when you receive it. They seem to mix up or forget what you requested. This happened to me twice, even when there were only a few customers ordering. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This place is amazing! Always clean and reliable. I strongly suggest stopping by to kick off your morning perfectly.
It's Dunkin'! Who wouldn't love it? The new brown sugar oat milk latte is simply delightful!
