This was, without a doubt, the fastest drive-thru service I have ever experienced, and the customer service was exceptional! I was greeted with a friendly "good morning" both through the intercom and at the window (I know that sounds basic, but it's surprisingly rare). I don't usually take the time to comment on great service, so they must be doing something right!
This was one of the best Dunkin' Donuts experiences I've had. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the friendly smile from the staff, which I've found to be rare at other Dunkin' Donuts locations throughout the DMV area. Keep up the great service and warm smiles; they are truly valued!
I visit every Sunday morning and occasionally on other days when I can. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Most of the time, I order my favorites. When they have a 2-for-1 deal, it tends to get quite crowded. Overall, this place is my go-to spot.
