I always check reviews before trying a new restaurant, so I should have known better! Unfortunately, we ended up at this place out of desperation due to limited choices, and it turned out to be a mistake. We ordered multiple times, and each time something went wrong. After three visits, I had to see for myself, and it was shocking. The sanitary conditions were appalling. I'm amazed the health department hasn't closed them down. I even found bugs floating in three out of the six drinks I ordered. Two of the other drinks were incorrect, though at least one was drinkable. It was hard to ignore that everyone else around us seemed equally disgusted.

Hadn't been to this location in quite some time was surprised that it was revamped so clean and all the young ladies in the store greeted me with such warm smiles that I kind of feel like I was getting coffee at home!! Just wanted to leave a positivereview just in case someone else has walk through this Dunkin b in a while.. do yourself a favor stop by and bring your smilethe same way that they're smiling at you as soon as you walk in the door!! They mixed up the flavor shot and the flavor swirl. I wanted the shot which is sugar free, but instead I got the swirl that has sugar. I ordered through the app so there shouldn’t have been a mixup as it says exactly which is what

I would like to ask if your staff at the restaurant ever pays attention to the customers' requests. When I ask for no ice, it shouldn't mean getting a drink that's half-filled with ice.
The restaurant offered outstanding customer service, the staff were highly efficient, and the place was impeccably clean.
The service is outstanding. It's conveniently situated near my office and is a fantastic place that is never busy.
Theirs a cute girl that works in their and actually theirs two. So they obviously get five stars .
