Dunkin' - Tisch reservieren

This is the 3rd time that I am aware of that I order my coffee ahead, I get oat milk with my coffee because I?m allergic to almonds; however, yesterday I see her pour the almond milk into my cup and proceed to hand it to me. I told her I ordered oatmilk, her response with a smile on her face is that she gave me almond milk and it?s the same price. I hand her back the coffeeand make her away I?m allergic to almonds and she proceeds to just laugh and mumble something while preparing my black coffee.She didn?t even offer to give me back the upcharge for the milk I didn?t get. There have been other times where I?ve at leastbeen told when I pick it up that it?s almond milk instead of the oat, but...

Waited 9 minutes (with no one in front of me) to be served. There was only one person working, and she spent all her time filling call in orders. Ridiculous! Either go back and forth between call in and walk in, it have another person helpingcustomers.

Lots of staff but they were all talking tp each other. Long wait time on line before they got my order in correct
