Since the new owners have taken control, this restaurant has deteriorated beyond my expectations. Every single order, whether it be drinks or food, has been consistently incorrect under the new management. It is baffling that they cannot even distinguish between coffee and tea. If the manager/owner had taken responsibility, this review may have been a 2-star rating. However, instead of apologizing for their mistakes, customers are met with rude and unpleasant service. I highly recommend avoiding this location as they tarnish the reputation of Dunkin' and should shut down immediately.
I go in to the buttermilk location at least 3 times a week, if not more and I always order the same thing. I get a medium sweet tea and a large cup of ice along with a donut or sandwich just depends how much of a rush I'm in. I have had a small issue EVERYtime I've gone in and today was the day I decided to write a review. I am in my 30s and have never tasted coffee and today wasthe day that changed. They gave me an iced coffee and my sandwich was with very limpy bacon. Sadly I won't be back. Check allyour items before you leave this location.
I was charged 58 cents plus tax for a cup of water at this restaurant. The water came with ice and the receipt labeled it as "ice water." I'm not sure if this is a common practice for the chain or if it's just something specific to northern Kentucky. In Wisconsin, restaurants usually don't charge for water. The service for my take-out breakfast meal was rated a 3 out of 5, as was the food. The atmosphere was rated a 2 out of 5. I would recommend trying the Egg and Cheese dish.
This restaurant has a cozy and inviting feel! The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. The food and service are top-notch. I absolutely adore the crescent springs dunkin!! Dining in for breakfast was a great experience. The prices are very reasonable, with meals typically costing between $1 and $10 per person. I came in this morning and ordered 2 small butter pecan frozen drinks. The coffee was very strong and kinda watery. The girl and mentioned to the other employee that the machine has been making the drinks liquid. She kept adding ice to it I get the drinks all the time. This has been the worst. I really enjoy Dunkin's cold brew coffee. My go-to order is usually the Everything Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese, which is amazing! However, today I decided to try the Avocado on Sourdough toast with Roasted Tomatoes and it was absolutely delicious!

I absolutely adore this place! The staff is excellent - they always have my order ready as soon as I arrive at the store. I wouldn't change anything about Dunkin' Donuts off Buttermilk.
