I have been coming to this Dunkin for a while now as I work in the area, I usually order from the app., I get two large iced coffees with no ice which is an option on the app, I also get a hot coffee for myself. last time I was here the employee informed me I had to have ice in the iced coffee. I told him my wife doesn't want ice in it because it Waters down her coffee he said that's what the owner said there has to be ice in the ice coffee so I left without purchasing anything. I don't understand why they have to have ice in it, it comes cold out of the tap unless the owner is just being super cheap and making you put ice in it so he has to put less coffee in a $4 drink so I'm also emailing...
I'm puzzled how anyone can say the service at Dunkin' is good. There's no "Good morning," no asking "What would you like," no clear prices announced, no "thank you," no smiles, and no sign of appreciation at all. Being locals, we gave it multiple chances, but the staff never even managed to smile back, not even at a 2-year-old. Now I choose to drive five more minutes to Hillsdale, where customers are truly valued. I’m giving Dunkin' 2 stars instead of 1 only because their coffee and donuts are consistently good, and years ago, an employee once gave my daughter a free munchkin, which probably kept me coming back longer. I only stop here driving through twice a month. Never an issue, bright, clean, those behind counter are courteous. Order is simple and always correct. I leave cheerful but I'm always more cheerful with a coffee for the road. Parking: Ample parking as this store is in a strip mall. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Worse dunkin ever. They mess up my 1 coffee every single time and not friendly. Beware. I wont be giving my business anymore.
The employees are beyond nice, but the place is way too crammed, especially when there are groups of younger kids there
Again it's a DD's not much more to say. They get four stars only because, they have updated and improved their menu.
