When taking my Dad to his physical therapy sessions nextdoor, I come to this fairly new modern Dunkin'on a regular basis. This new Dunkin' has been around for about a year now in Groton, MA, located off of Rte 119 adjacent to Shaw's across the street(Boston Rd), Nashoba Family Medicine, Nashoba Sports Physical Therapy and Rollstone Bank. This store offers On Tap service,curbside pickup and mobile ordering. Excellent customer service. However, almost every time that i go here, they do not have any more bagels of any flavor. Also, when they do have bagels, they charged me separately for the bagel and cream cheese instead of charging me for a bagel withcream cheese as 1 item. This makes the price go from $2 and change to $4 in change. If this happens to you, let them know rightaway so they can refund the difference.
If you want to wait 15 minutes for a coffee this is the place for you they claim to be understaffed with a team of 5 people I got to dunkins everyday and none other I?ve been too has had more than 5 people and most of the times they don?t even have 5people working and every other one has been faster and more efficient even at this dunkins the quality of food/coffee ishorrible stay away if you can

My go-to Dunkin. I usually order online. Only one time has the order not been ready when I arrived, and I assume it was because they were busy. They do a great job here.
