I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude behavior of the staff. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, but it was mostly milk. When I requested an extra shot of coffee, I was met with hostility from an employee who barely spoke English and was wearing a mask. She insisted she had added two shots, even though my cup indicated there were four shots. I requested either an additional shot or a refund. Additionally, I ordered a baker's choice donut but was given a cheese bagel instead. I was trying to use my app, and even the store manager should have been able to assist me with it. The bill was around $17, and they took $7 off. However, the food was cold, and my coffee wasn’t prepared correctly. Additionally, they don’t offer a senior discount? This location is on Montvale Ave, right across from Polcari's. I love Dunkin', but I don't think I'll be returning here. The parking situation is also very inconvenient. I apologize for the negative review, but customer service should always come first, and I speak from experience as a former business owner.
In short, my experience was extraordinary. The sweet black pepper bacon on my plain bagel was cooked to perfection and just melted in my mouth. This is why I felt compelled to write this review, especially to praise Sardool. He is an incredible cook, and without him, I believe the Dunkin' franchise would struggle. He, along with two young teenage girls, provided me with exceptional service, making it one of the best experiences of my life. Thank you for your outstanding service!
I have 5 Dunkins in a radius of 3 miles of my house. Although the situation at times is a traffic nightmare, this is the best no competition. As busy as it gets, always fast service, very polite staff, NIE get the wrong order. I wasn't there in a few months. The woman behind the counter even remembered how I took my coffee.

Best customer service! Especially from Kass, it is super sweet and goes beyond and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied with their order. Your friendly attitude definitely brings a smile to the face! She is definitely a great example of customer service.
There are probably 4 Dunkin shops closer to me than this place, but we go out our way to go to this place. In the other places the coffee is burned and bitterly tasting 90% of the time, but this place always nails it! Whatever you do is work, so stop it!
Coffee isn't supposed to taste like water . By far the worst coffee I have ever had . Definitely watered down . Tasted like they used the grounds twice no coffee flavor at all . Never again a total waste of money .
Clean tables and bathrooms, terrible coffee and they didnt dress the bagels which defeats the purpose of asking for the condiments on the bagel if i have to do it
