I visited this store for the first time today. I visited after I first joined the Dunkin’ Donuts app. I wanted to enjoy buying doughnuts because there were offers that I could get. But I wasn’t used to finding offers on apps. I wanted her to help me with that. But she left me looking for the app and went to get another order. I was displeased. She treated her customers with a stern look until the end. Moreover, she had neither a smile nor kindness. It was a moment of disappointment with Dunkin’ Donuts. Chicago is a city of doughnuts. Staff are extremely rude and trashy. They had 2 cars taking 4 spaces, a elderly women couldn't park her car, I had to move mine to the other side of the lot for her to be a le to Park.To my surprise when I entered the place they Gang up on my asking me why I took a picture of their cars taking two spots.They are trashy, unprofessional. They should be reprimanded
I ordered a small coffee with extra sugar, but my coffee was served without any sugar. When I tried to take a sip, it spilled on me because the lid wasn't sealed properly! I also ordered a bagel, and it was burned. Could someone please remind them to include napkins in the bags? It's not like they have to pay for them!
I didn’t know the name of the drink I ordered, and unfortunately, the bartender made it incorrectly the first time. When I brought it to her attention, she prepared it the same way again. I had to clarify what I actually wanted. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the drink I was looking for was a Coolatta!

This restaurant is quite disappointing. They often get my order wrong, and even when they manage to get it right, it takes an eternity. I've also had spoiled milk on three different occasions. I think a score of one and a half stars is fair for this establishment.
I ordered avocado and roasted tomato toast. It was hard as a brick. I ordered French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar…it didn’t taste sweet at all. I threw everything in the garbage, didn’t even finish it. Very disappointed
The staff here were wonderful and made sure I received my delicious order promptly. The location is also very convenient, especially with the drive-thru service.
What's not to love about Dunkin. It's my go-to place for coffee and of course donuts. I love their app and being able to customize and order ahead of time.
