I gave only this place two stars because we are there, like 20 minutes before they closed and they had no donuts, which were ready, which did not make any sense, because they were not closed at the moment and when I asked them where the donuts are? they said they closed, but not yet for another 20 minutes there was a budding child who just wanted to go early! So they have closed everything early so that they should close only half an hour earlier, so that people do not drive an additional 2 to 3 mi just to say that the load is closed when it is not cool what happened to dunkin donuts they speak good place to go and they always had good donuts hope that the manager reads that!
During my last visit, the woman working at the drive-thru was extremely kind and helpful. However, I must say that the donuts were quite disappointing. They were smaller than expected and had a thin layer of frosting that only covered about 2/3 of the surface. Additionally, there was not much filling inside. While they tasted alright, overall, they were not up to par.
One star is to much for this unit.First off we sat in drive thru over ten minutes line never moved. We backed out then went inside to place order. After 15 minutes the got the order wrong. Only donut holes and bacon bits was not a difficult task.Team was partying not taking care of business.We will not be back.......Hope Corporate sees this note
Initially, this Dunkin Donuts was satisfactory. However, after today's experience, I doubt I will return anytime soon. I had to wait an unusually long time for my drink and it seemed like I paid more for ice than for the actual beverage. I regret not just sticking with the Red Bull I purchased from the store. Waited over 30 min in the drive thru for two hot coffees. When we finally got up to the window, no one came to take payment until we finally honked to get their attention. Our coffees were even sitting there inside the window all ready. This is the second experience like this at this location.
terrible service. i asked for something when i ordered then they were slamming the window all mad bc i told them i didn’t get it lol. i used to come her alllll the time but now they have the most disrespectful employees ever.
I found the service to be slow at this restaurant. I have never been here before, but compared to Dieucks, they fall short. After waiting in line for 30 minutes to see what all the hype was about, I was very disappointed.

this place has been so bad for months. from eating all the time, and the coffee was more than hit. this is a fast eating joint, so I do not expect much, but I do not expect to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru
