Customer service was great. I went through the drive thru when I was immediately greeted by one of the employees. Her voice was pleasant and professional. My coffee was hot and delicious and there was hardly a waiting time to get what I ordered despite the many cars before me. This visit was my third or fourth, and everyone was a wonderful experience.
Order online. We have our drinks as soon as we got into the window, but they had to remember the food. Very friendly and excused for waiting. Usually they are pretty fast in and out in the drive-thru.
Delicious latte. Need I say more. Just wish Dunkin as a whole could keep their espresso machines working. It is getting to start looking like McDonald's with their broken shake machines.
Had a mobile order. It was right. There was a line, but it moved quickly. Connected to a gas station and subway.
