I hit the drive thru most mornings and the staff is always so nice and accommodating. I mess up my mobile order on occasion and they are happy to make what I forgot. They are also so fast, it's normally a 30 second to 1 minute wait in total before I am on my way again. Stay away from this Dunkin. Donuts were extremely stale and they sold them to me anyway. I love to buy my coffee and donuts from here. Gina is super friendly and cute with customers! She’s always smiling and give the customer a good treatment!! The service was extremely disappointing. They repeatedly gave me the wrong orders. I recommend either going to a different location or carefully checking your items. The drinks taste watered down, and the food often comes out burnt. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Terrible experience. Every Dunkin' location around here consistently messes up my order no matter how often I visit. I don't think I've ever had a correct or properly made order at any Dunkin' in this area. The service is awful.
On Saturday, I waited from 2 to 6 because Dunkin' was supposed to change the oil, but they closed at 5. Despite the long wait, I was looking forward to trying items from their menu.
The place is bad, every time I go there something is wrong. Some of emplyees are rude and unprofessional.
