Update: The coffee at this Dunkin' has really gone downhill; it's watered down and not enjoyable. I'm not sure if it's a problem with their machines, but despite reaching out to corporate and the owner, nothing has improved. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. There's a significant inconsistency with their lattes in the NYC area compared to other locations outside of New York, where the coffee is definitely stronger. It feels like the machines might be adjusted to dispense less coffee for profit, but I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere—I used to be a regular latte drinker at this Dunkin'.
I have never encountered such untrained employees in my life. They seem unsure of how to operate the register and handle transactions properly. Two days ago, I was mistakenly charged an extra $3.78. After reviewing the receipt, I returned to the register to show the employee, but it has happened twice already. Today, I even found a coffee bean in my iced coffee. I'm not sure who to address this issue with. The general manager really needs to oversee the evening shift employees and provide them with proper training on the register.
Stopped here bright and early on my way to work. Was excited to see that the muffins I'd ordered were fresh and warm. Pulled them apart, however, to find that they were disgustingly undercooked. I've received cold egg wake-up wraps from this location,too, and stale donuts on other occasions. Totally unbelievable. Where is the quality control? I've never had this problem atother Dunkin locations, so it must be poor management or training. This location needs better oversight. I won't be coming hereagain.
The service was prompt, and the location offers parking with clean indoor facilities. Although there used to be seating, it seems to have been removed, likely due to the pandemic. Given the rise in cases, this seems like a sensible decision. However, there is a counter by the windows where you can stand and enjoy your food if you’d like.
