I was very disappointed when we came to get four drinks. We placed the order with two drinks that were the same and two additional drinks that were different. When we got up to pay the amount seemed low so we asked for receipt, and found that the two drinks that we ordered that were the same we're not on the receipt. So we paid for the additional two. When we got all of our drinks, we were still missing one, so the girl made the additional one. As we drove down the road, we took a drink of the last one, and it tasted grossed. Paid for a coffee, sat for 7 minutes n the drive thru,, and waited while 3 employees tooled around inside. No one said hold on a minute, bqda, just took my money walked away and I never received my coffee, tried to get their attention with my car horn, tried to call the phone number and it says not in service. Worst customer service ever!!! Ordered online several times with the same issue. You get here with no orders. I even showed the ordered receipt, but then get charged again because they said nothing came through. They tend to steal from you and not fix it or make it right.
