Well hello . all around my service here was ok but the other day i came in and a lady served me and i was sick to my stomach. Her face had some nasty holes in it and it looked very contagious. Its impossible that the managers DONT see this mess and stillhave her working here. I will call BBB AND WHOMEVER I CAN TO GET HER REMOVED BECAUSE ITS TO MANY THINGS GOING AROUND FOR HER TOBE WORKING HERE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. BY THE WAY I THREW MY FOOD IN THE TRASH AND DISINFECTED MY WHOLE BODY????????????
This is for the Dunkin' at 350 Prospect St. East Stroudsburg, PA: I wanted to buy all their cinnamon powdered donuts there were 4 there. The black girl with the fake eyelashes and attitude would not sell to me all 4. She said she was saving 2 for her friend... This should not have been ALLOWED to happen anywhere. NO customer should be treated this way. This is called Reverse Discrimination. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have yet to hear from them.
Worse Dunkin? Donuts. No public restrooms (reserved for staff only)and just off the highway. One portable washroom for the highway traffic so you can just imagine. Washroom sit down was almost full to the top and full of all kinds of garbageincluding used feminine products, wrappers and bloody tissues. Side pee stall was also full of garbage. Don?t stop here. Wait for next exit as exit 302 won?t traumatize you.
Dunkin has fell a long way over the years for that all mighty corporate dollar. Way overpriced for the quality you now get! Not to mention the disorganization in almost every store you stop at. America runs on Dunkin ...not me anymore.

The food was good. We ordered the chicken wraps. However, one lady at the cash was not friendly at all, even with her staff. She took a wrong order and tried to push back with her comments, but I reminded her about her tone.
Absolutely love a Dunkin where you can walk into and your drink is made right every single time no matter who makes it. The staff is amazing very friendly, great customer service.
What a joke of staff. Literally can?t do their job, zoned out half the time and proceeded to ignore me after they messed up my order, franchise owner is doing terrible
All of the positive reviews for this place are very very clearly fake. This place needs to be shut down.
