Being from Massachusetts, I know how the donuts should look. Here's a hint, THEY ARE DONUTS, NOT SANDWICHES! You DON'T cut the donuts in half, THEN add the filling! You squeeze it in, and the creme filled you leave a dollup on top! Someone from back east needs to come out and teach these fools how to do it! So excited to get a Dunkin D..... now I'm just disappointed, and even angry! It's disgusting. Big girl there was rude they called our order but was only half of it , she had the other half in her hand, and i asked for it and she didnt even reply to me, she turned and walked away, not a one minute or yes i have it noooo, she decided to take the next customers order while holding the rest of it and she completely ignored me but she did look at me when i asked for our donuts.... big black girl you know who you are your rude as fawk and sloppy... thats all
This store for some reason they never green tea to make their drinks! Why is that a multi million dollar a year cannot afford ingredients needed to stay in business! This is a SORRY place to say the least… wonder what corporate has to say about this? By the way it wasn’t a one time thing, it’s being going on since they opened the store!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
Apple Fritter was so stale and the maple bar so dry that I would've rather eaten the box instead. My kid who loves maple bars couldn't even get halfway through his.Only went there because we had free donut coupons. May not even use the other 3 coupons we still have. Pathetic!

I don't typically eat donuts but what I do it has to be Dunkin! The vanilla cream donut is still one of the best donuts ever made! Yourself were very friendly and they let us in when the door was locked which was nice. Places very clean. I really enjoyed my donuts!
This place is rarely busy, but yet they claim to be out of every donut I order, and then proceed to give me the pink sprinkle donuts, without the sprinkles… customer service there sucks too, the girl taking orders at the window always sounds dead inside
*Update* it's a hit or miss depending on who is working and what day. Somedays it's a long wait with not so good food, other days it's bomb! Still better than Starbucks either way.
