The service at this restaurant was terrible. After taking my order, the employee continued to serve customers who arrived after me, serving two people before even placing my order. Another employee sat down without any concern for how long I had been waiting. When I complained, I was promised a refund, but they never followed through. The employees showed a complete lack of care for the customer. They ignored my complaints and even started cleaning the floor while I was speaking to them. I will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to others. Additionally, the donut racks were empty and disappointing.
Called them because I placed my order to the wrong location, but no one was picking up the phone. If you provide a phone number on the app but do not pick up of course you get 1 star. I am tired of donuts that are only slightly better than the ones at 7-11. The muffins are just okay, not great. However, I really enjoy their chicken salad. I will not be purchasing any of their breakfast sandwiches again as they are not edible.
Very Rude people work here !!! Also their coffee is worst I’ve ever had in whole New York. They don’t know the difference between burnt and toasted as well. They need to hire more efficient employees or owner just don’t care at all.

I've tried twice to buy Boston creme donuts at this location and have been told they were out of Boston cremes. In general, this location is poorly stocked and poorly staffed.

Very slow and carless Customer Service. The Brand attracts customers, the staff rejects customers. All I wanted was a Latte, so sad.
