The service at this restaurant was terrible. After taking my order, the employee continued to serve customers who arrived after me, serving two people before even placing my order. Another employee sat down without any concern for how long I had been waiting. When I complained, I was promised a refund, but they never followed through. The employees showed a complete lack of care for the customer. They ignored my complaints and even started cleaning the floor while I was speaking to them. I will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to others. Additionally, the donut racks were empty and disappointing.
Called them because I placed my order to the wrong location, but no one was picking up the phone. If you provide a phone number on the app but do not pick up of course you get 1 star. Charged 10 bucks for breakfast sandwich and coffee when they have a combo for the same items for 6 bucks. Woman was talking fast in thick accent and claimed she asked if I wanted combo. This place is horrible. Ordered 16 glazed donuts for a party and 5 breakfast wraps for a party. Waited 2 hours and no good. Asked them and they said I didn’t order. I showed theme my purchase history but they told me to leave Meal type: Breakfast

The lady over there is very unprofessional and give me wrong order and top of it she charge me again for new one and telling me i order it wrong. i didn’t like the service.
