I was happy to find this Dunkin’ since I hadn’t seen it before. I ordered a Chai Latte through the app, but when I got there, none of the staff greeted me. After waiting by the mobile pickup area for a while, someone finally came over to ask what I needed. I told him my order, but another employee, with her back turned, ignored me and spoke only to him. He said they could only make the drink cold, which I didn’t want, and suggested I come back later. She didn’t apologize or offer a refund. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing, and I’m now out $6!
The quality at this location is disappointing, and I've had several issues with my orders, including one instance where the lid was completely missing. I've dealt with coffee spilling on my lap and in the parking lot three times now. The first incident I brushed off as a mistake; the second time, I was able to catch it just in time outside my car window. However, yesterday was the last straw—I lost half of my coffee because they couldn’t secure the lid properly. I suggest steering clear of this Dunkin’; the service is simply too inconsistent.
As someone with a disability, I found it disappointing that I had to walk all the way to the far end of the counter to place my order. However, I really appreciate the staff member who noticed me at the door and kindly opened it for me. Next time, I think I’ll just use the drive-thru. The donuts are tasty, but they do seem a bit smaller than I remember.
During my last three visits to Dunkin', the donuts have been rock hard and lacked any frosting. Additionally, the coffee cup lids are often not secured properly, causing them to pop off while drinking and spill coffee, especially when driving.
