I would rate this Dunkin' a 1 out of 10 based on my experiences. Nine times out of ten, they either get an order wrong or leave out a part of it entirely. I've frequently had missing drinks, doughnuts, and other items. I understand that the staff might be very busy, but it's almost funny how often errors occur. The franchise owner really needs to hire more staff or improve operations, plain and simple. I don't blame the employees; mistakes are usually a sign of issues stemming from management.
I went through the drive-thru and waited for about 10 minutes. When I got home, just 10 minutes later, I found that my coffee was full of loops (I'm not sure what caused that). It seemed like the staff didn't notice it. I had to make another trip back to have it replaced.
This Dunkin' is definitely the best one I've visited! The donuts are always fresh, the coffee is fantastic, and the staff is polite and quick. I absolutely love it!
