I genuinely believe that this Dunkin location has the best customer service in the area! The staff is extremely friendly, as long as you treat them with kindness. They respond to respect with respect! It's important to be patient with the employees, many of whom are young and just like everyone else. You’re not entitled to expect them to be overly friendly. If there are any mistakes with your order, simply communicate calmly, and the staff will gladly correct it and assist you with any questions you have.
Caution to potential customers: if you order the bacon and cheese wrap for breakfast, be aware that it does not come with egg, and they charge $5.35 for two! I called to speak with the manager, and he stated that this is the standard preparation before abruptly hanging up on me. Very rude service!
I've consistently had issues with my order at this restaurant. My bacon is always burnt, and my bagel is either overdone to the point of being a crisp or hardly toasted, resulting in it being completely soggy from the butter.

I ordered 4 plain bagels and I get them toasted? I never ordered toasted bagels.. I guess I got to check inside the bag because you can't trust the people.
The young woman at the window is an absolute delight. The service is consistently quick.
