The manager could really benefit from some thorough customer service training; her attitude is quite rude! The person preparing the sandwiches and drinks in the morning is really nice and friendly, but unfortunately, the rest of the staff doesn't share that same pleasant demeanor. Additionally, please clean your latte machine, as the espresso shot in my latte was terrible. It would be a good idea to rinse it daily and change the filters. This reflects poorly on the quality of your coffee. One staff member seems oblivious to these issues, and even if I were to give it another try, I doubt things would improve.
The cleanliness of this restaurant is highly concerning. The staff does not wear gloves when handling customer orders, which raises hygiene issues. Additionally, there is no hand sanitizer available at the counter. I'm left wondering whether they are maintaining proper hand hygiene. The floors and tables are also dirty and in need of better upkeep.

They offer a glazed stick, which alone earns them a 5-star rating. The bagel with cream cheese was warm and fresh. The regular coffee was well-brewed and not watered down, making it delicious. My only complaint is that they weren't willing to let me take the midnight mix. Thanks for being so accommodating despite the distance!

I have been coming to this Dunkin' for seven years, and in all that time, they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is outstanding, and their coffee and food surpass what I’ve had at other Dunkin’ locations. This is the place that first got me hooked. It’s definitely my favorite spot!
They never make a good caramel latte, but some of the staff are friendly. There is a very nice gentleman named Muhammad who is very respectful.
