The manager really needs to undergo some serious customer service training; she is incredibly rude! The guy who makes the sandwiches and drinks in the morning is sweet and very friendly, but the rest of the staff isn't as pleasant. Also, please clean your latte machine, as the espresso shot in my latte tasted awful. It would help to rinse it every morning and change the filters. This just shows how poor the quality of your coffee is. The staff member has no shame, and even if I were to order again, I doubt the issue would change.

I've been visiting this Dunkin' for seven years, and for 11 years, they have never let me down. Their customer service is the best, and their coffee and food are far superior to what I've experienced at other Dunkins. This is the place that got me hooked on it in the first place. It's truly my lucky spot!
Extremely unsanitary. The staff doesn’t even wear gloves when handling customers’ orders. There’s no hand sanitizer available at the counter. I’m unsure how clean their hands are or if they're even using hand sanitizer at all. The floors and tables are also dirty and could use better maintenance.
They have the glazed stick so it gets 5 stars regardless of it. Bagel with cream cheese was warm and fresh. Regular mixture of coffee was not watered and therefore delicious. My only complaint was that they were not willing to leave the midnight mix. Thanks for a big distance.
they never make a good caramel latte, some of the staff is friendly there is a very nice gentleman his name is Muhammad he very respectful.
