My first visit here and it was so pleasant and warm! Met the store manager Jonathan (Jon). He was nice and helpful. Easy to talk to. Ordered a few things this visit; 2 sausage egg cheese wraps, hashbrowns, 2 piece donut holes, and a cold brew with foam.All made fresh and tasted delicious. The wrap was pretty much a breakfast taco with a flour tortilla containing the sausagepatty, egg, and cheese but it was made fresh. I looked at the ingredients closely. Cheese was melty inside! I also must mentionthat the hashbrowns are oh man tasty!!! It has some sort of herb flavor in it. Only got 6 pieces but I wanted a dozen more!! Iwas a great breakfast. I would come back!! Got there around 9:10pm last night and they were already cleaning up and putting away some ice cream. The selection of ice cream was only half because they were already stacked up on a push cart to be stored. I am unsure why they close up so early when they still have more than 40 minutes until closing. I would understand if they started to pack up around 9:30ish. Maybe because it was raining and they didn 't think people would come in? As I sat there enjoying my ice cream, I over heard another customer on the phone telling the other person that all the normal favors were unavailable. The sounded very disappointed. Dunkins food is great but the employees could use some costumer service training after they were deliberately ignoring us. We tried to get their attention to add bacon to our toast for 13 mins while the window was open and not once did they ome to thewindow. Then when it came time to pay we asked if we can add bacon and the lady said sorry we can 't do that because of the longline behind you. when there was only one car behind us. She also didnt ask for a loyalty rewads membership. Also after that shewas really rude to us.
I've been a Dunkin customer for a long time, and every single time I've been satisfied with every location I've been to. This is one of the locations I'll never return to. Customer service was terrible. The employees all act like they don't want to be there(maybe not all, I'm sure there are a few good people in there). I ordered a drink and an avocado toast with bacon (Mind you,it's a whole dollar extra for bacon added to it) and I got this (photo added). My drink tasted very watered down. Overall badexperience.

Worst service ever! I came for a banana royale because they're usually good here, but today they told me they never carried them here??? I know they're probably lazy to make them but cmon tell me something else instead of they don't carry it. They were extremely rude and even dropped my card so I had to get out of my car to pick it up in the pouring rain. My overall experience: it was so bad I wanna give you a 0 but that's not possible, so I give you, a 1. Iykyk
The people are unhappy but it's understandable. Service is okay and fast. The breakfast sandwiches come out good and taste great. Coffee sometimes tastes a little burnt. The matcha was the worst thing I ever had. Area looks clean and they have a clean are outside to sit at. There's a drive thru available at this location. This location is in an Asian shopping center with an Asian market and restaurants.
This store is always clean and the people who work here are always friendly. I come here for ice cream and there's also a Dunkin Donuts in the same location so I can get coffee and donuts at the same time! Yummers!!!
Currently here standing and waiting as employees say nothing. There is no line. No other person eating. Extremely rude. They can?t acknowledge people apparently. I left with nothing unfortunately.

Employees make me and the family seem like such an inconvenience for ordering ice cream. The service here is terrible.
Most of the time they are nice, but sometimes they?re awful and rude. Coffee is pretty consistent
