Everyday I buy a Large Iced Caramel Macchiatto with whip cream , extra caramel I never get my drink made right. Every day is made different. Most times they don 't put whip cream. Even tho they charge me for it. Sometimes they don 't put caramel atall. How hard is it to make a drink. And you have instructions of what it is on the cup!
This place never seems to amaze me with the rude attitude coming from the owner/ manager from this location. This is not the 1st time. I will be contacting DD Corporate Headquarters.
The restaurant uses low-quality cups and lids, which often leak and cause spills on my car and clothes. It is quite inconvenient.
This is my first time visiting this location, and while I think the food is good, I find the restaurant to be too small.
