Visited Dunkin' Donuts three times this week hoping to enjoy a meal inside with my family. Unfortunately, there were bugs everywhere—every table we sat at had insects crawling on the surfaces and seats. Additionally, the donuts were stale even early in the morning.
I was disappointed with the customer service at Dunkin' Donuts. This morning, I sought assistance with the rewards app while in the store, but the employee seemed uninterested in helping me. It affected my experience with their menu and overall service.
I stopped in to use the restroom and grab a cup of coffee, but sadly, the attendant never came to the register. After waiting for three minutes, I decided to leave without placing an order. It was truly disappointing to have this experience.
They charged an extra $1 for no ice in an iced tea—seriously! The manager said it was their policy. To be fair, he did explain that without ice, the customer actually gets more drink, which makes sense. Still, it feels a bit excessive. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is one of the most efficient Dunkin' locations I've been to. They consistently get my order right and serve it quickly. The morning staff always appears to be well-prepared and properly staffed.
The restrooms showed some signs of wear and could benefit from repairs and updates. Nevertheless, the food and service were outstanding.
