I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. While I was waiting, the staff engaged in casual conversations about TV shows and personal acquaintances instead of attending to customers. As the only person in the store, I ultimately decided to leave after waiting too long. To make matters worse, I noticed a particularly unkempt staff member, which raised concerns about food safety and hygiene. This establishment is in dire need of a complete staff overhaul!
I believe iced tea tastes better with lemon, so I'm disappointed that Dunkin' no longer includes lemon on their menu for either iced or hot tea. It feels like they're cutting corners by removing it. I think I'll start going to other places that still offer lemon with their iced tea because I just can’t enjoy it without that touch!
There were three employees working today at 2:20, and they were all very nice and friendly. The drive-thru attendant was patient, and even though he was busy with another car, he took the time to communicate with me. I also want to thank the lady who made my pumpkin chai latte—it was absolutely delicious!
I’m a big fan of Dunkin’ because I absolutely love their bagels. This location is the only one where I consistently find fresh, fluffy bagels. I've tried several other locations, but none compare. I visited the restaurant both today and yesterday, and I wanted to mention a staff member in the driveway. There's a girl named Chuby who always greets customers with a smile and provides excellent service. You should definitely keep her on the team!
This is undoubtedly the best Dunkin' in the area. The service is exceptional, and mobile orders are always delivered promptly. They manage the restaurant exceptionally well and run it with remarkable efficiency.
Dunkin' offers great service from the cashier, but I encountered a rude employee while using the restroom. The menu has plenty of options, but the staff's attitude during my visit was inconsistent.
