I went to Dunkin' yesterday and ordered a caramel cherry latte and asked the employee to bring me a little ice and when I drank from it I found it all snow I went to her and told her I asked for a little ice and there was another employee who told me that she would bring it again and then he said To me that worker gave me the old drink and she was unpleasant and looked at the one with contempt even though I am their customer and she knows me because she has been working for a long time and sees me every time, I will not go there again, because she is impolite, she was on the way to talk to me
Leah at this locations is a superstar. I bought a dozen and dropped a dozen in the parking lot. After coming in to toss them she replaced them and would not even accept a tip for her generosity. We need more people like Leah in our lives and if you see her let her know how awesome she is! Whomever manages that location please make sure she gets rewarded for her kindness!
The one on Chatham road in Springfield, IL. They had a mouse behind their class eating the donuts where everyone can see it and their still open. If there was one there?s more of them they should shut them down and clean the whole store and bringOrkin out to take care of the problem. That?s nasty and gross and never go there ever again.
How do you mess up a tea order? They put a tea bag in coffee! Ugh!! Called and was told the manager is Rika and she said she personally did my drink but states she didn't use coffee. Told her regardless of what she says she did, they gave me coffee and there's a tea bag with it! She was rude and hung up on me.

Ordered an iced latte and received an iced coffee. Didn?t realize it until I took a sip as I was driving away the sticker on the cup said ?latte? so I assumed it was correct. Not the end of the world but this isn?t what I wanted nor what I paid for Iwas pretty upset.
Their donuts w the chopped peanut are to die for No place else here sells them.. And I'm not sure DD did either until they acquired Mr Donut some years back

Just got a LG coffee it was hot and drive thru was pretty fast!
